This review explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and heat transfer optimization in modern industries and healthcare. AI-driven analytics enhance diagnostic accuracy, predictive maintenance, and real-time monitoring, while cybersecurity frameworks protect critical data and systems from cyber threats. Heat transfer optimization ensures energy efficiency and system reliability in healthcare devices, manufacturing processes, and data centers. The synergy among these technologies leads to improved operational safety, sustainability, and efficiency. However, challenges such as ethical concerns, data privacy, and the complexity of integrating these technologies persist. Future directions include developing autonomous systems, AI in quantum computing, and advanced cybersecurity for IoT. This multidisciplinary approach promises to transform industries, healthcare, and energy sectors, creating smarter, more resilient systems. The review highlights the potential for continuous innovation while addressing key challenges in AI, cybersecurity, and thermal management.
