Using AI tools to personalize cancer care is helping precision medicine advance in big ways. AI can work through big healthcare information from many places - like medical images, patient genes, and personal health records - to build custom treatment plans that are better than fixed-standard treatments. AI tools help oncologists find out which treatments will work best for patients, pick the right medications, and lower side effects by looking at both their genes and overall health condition. Even though AI has great promise in healthcare, major problems keep it from being used everywhere like it should be. This study studies how AI technology can help create more individualized cancer treatment plans, looks into the problems that stand in its way of becoming routine in healthcare, and talks about what will likely guide AI integration in cancer care over the coming years. This way, through AI, collaboration, and innovation in governance, the health sector can become a gold standard in ESG leadership of the 21st century.
